To differentiate pickup orders from regular delivery orders, there will be a specific tag that states the difference in order. 

Orders will be similar to our delivery orders, where it will be automatically accepted. Please ensure the following : 

1. Immediately start preparing the order. Buyers will be notified that the food is being prepared. 
2. Once the order is ready, click on the 'Mark as Ready' button. This will notify the buyers that they can head to the restaurant to pick up their orders. 

To ensure the Self-Pickup process runs smoothly, here are some of the best practice tips you can follow!

1. Attach Order Receipt on the Packaging

• Attach the order receipt or a piece of paper with the written order number on the item’s packaging; or you can always write the order number with a permanent marker on the item’s packaging.

2. Double-Check Order Number

• Always double-check the order number from the buyer before giving out the order.

Stick the number on the package and always double-check the order, and you’re good to go - an easy way to keep customers satisfied!
